Where is my spine most likely to be fused?

I’m going to the doctor soon to discuss my scoliosis and the possibility of spinal fusion, but I wanted to ask here beforehand to get an idea of what to expect. For those who’ve had similar experiences, where am I most likely to be fused based on severe scoliosis? How much mobility should I expect to have afterward? I know every case is different, but hearing from others could help me prepare for my appointment. Thanks in advance!
