Anybody use planners to track goals and stay on task? If so, what are you using?

Does anyone use a planner to stay disciplined working toward career goals or personal goals/habits? If so, what do you use? I'd like to be more intentional about my habits and goals in 2025; I'm generally able to stick to them, but I find I let the little things slip. I want to start using a planner to help stay accountable, but there are a ton of options out there.
