The Door (Idira Act 4)

First play-through, it was supposed to be Heretical but some of the choices were just so mindlessly stupidly evil that I actually went Iconoclast for a good amount of them.

Currently doing The Door in the flesh sculptors lair or w/e, didn't have fanatical heretic unlocked. Just wondering what the choice was with Idira and the device that required it? What did I miss?
