How to download kick VOD

I know the official ways to download kick VOD ( https://help.kick.com/en/articles/7832538-how-to-download-your-kick-replays ). But with the official ways I can only download the whole VOD and it takes too long. How can I download only a certain part of the VOD quickly.

Note: It's very important that it's fast, if it doesn't allow me to download it fast then there's no point in trying to save time by downloading a certain part of the VOD.
