Who would be the most well known modern "Guerrilla warfare" authors in KR

So Mao and Che don't reach their current status, but I still think there must be someone in KR, whose exploits against a stronger army and written strategies become well known in Universe and inspire other would be insurgents

Edit:According to Western radical Mark Rudd, Mao and Che had an almost saintly reputation with radicals, due to the scale of their successes, It's actually hard to think of someone in KR who comes close
